Lg sound bar

My sound bar is stuck on maximum volume and the remote and the buttons on the sound bar are doing nothing help

1. Remove power and leave it off for 30 minutes.
2. Find out if there is a way to reset to factory.

if none of those fixes it, it'd done, return.

Nope , when I altered the sound settings on the tv it goes down to minus then all the way back to max , doesn't make sense , so the volume does work up and down , so doesn't make sense , plus don't no how factory's settings works ???
