Solved! We have an LG OLED65C4AUA TV and a Visio SV510-0806 Soundbar, and cannot get sound to come out of the sound bar and the TV Connector for hearing aids

We have an LG OLED65C4AUA TV and a Visio SV510-0806 Soundbar. they work fine together but we cannot get sound to come out of the sound bar and the TV Connector for bluetooth to my hearing aids. It works for either one fine, but not the two together at the same time. the TV does not come with any regular headphone type audio 3.5 mm connection and only one digital audio out connection. The digital audio out connection does work for the pairing with TV connector, but as soon as you choose the soundbar, it disconnects the TV Connector.

After consulting the television experts at Costco, LG, and Vizio, they all concur that it is not possible to have the soundbar and the T V Connector bluetooth to hearing aids work at the same time.

Is it possible to use a receiver to make soundbar and hearing aids both work at the same time? If so, how would the hookup be?

With no help from LG, Visio, Costco, Best Buy, or this site, I hooked up the TV Connector to the digital audio out on our Dish Hopper and it works to send the bluetooth signal to my hearing aids, AT THE SAME TIME the soundbar works.
