    Toshiba p55w has no sign of power

    Removing and resetting the battery means you have to disasemble the lapton (at least the cover), A better option for hard reset, is using the reset buttion, there is a hole aside the USB port on the right side, just reset it with a clip. Regards, Carlos G.
