Toshiba p55w has no sign of power

I am wondering what can be a possible issue of my laptop, The charger is good and i even opened up the laptop and checked if the motherboard was getting power and it was. But the laptop wont turn on and wont even indicate that a charger is plugged in.

is the ac adaptor on back of the lap[top where the ac plugs in, loose, can you wiggle the connector around ?

no, it is fine. This issue happened out the blue, had no issues before

any solution on this? I have the P55W-C5208-4k version, did same thing. Won't turn on, worked fine yesterday. No hard reset button either

only "hard" reset I know is, unplug power taske battery out, press and hold power button for 15 seconds, reassemble and see if it boots.

Removing and resetting the battery means you have to disasemble the lapton (at least the cover),

A better option for hard reset, is using the reset buttion, there is a hole aside the USB port on the right side, just reset it with a clip.
