Already tried that once and do not really wanna try again but I will if it comes down to it

It's not a 1050ti just a 1050. And for example on Rust and Just Cause 3 even on the lowest settings for everything from gibs to textures i get just about 10-15 frames and its very choppy.

I have and my temps dont go very high usually but ill run a game for awhile to make sure plus i have a cooler pad below my pc to help. But for some reason my CPU load % is almost always at 100% even when im browsing google or just on steam looking at games while my RAM usually stays about 30-50%...

So I recently got a new gaming laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 7000) and I chose this PC because I felt like it would be able to run most intense games (BF1, Just Cause 3, Rust, etc). I came to this after watching many video reviews of this pc and ones with similar specs but yet I get really bad frames...
