Thank you. The damaged phone was working but the screen snd case were bartered. I am no techno but my daughter is and backed up everything - with I Cloud. The old sim is in the new phone and the damaged one returned to EE. Apart from one or two, all my contacts are gone. Between all my family...

My damaged phone was replaced. Believed all my data was stored on I cloud but in reality nearly all my contacts are lost. Some very important contacts are missing. Help
