no, it was my mistake..in intel extrem utility it said nr of cores active.

So, i installed Intel Extreme utility and i played around a bit with it. if i have my settings in msi gaming dragon center set to sport (the most powerful mode), when i try to export a video in adobe prmiere it says there thermal throttling and the cpu reaches 86-88 C. If i tone it down to green...

I also have a lenovo y50 70 (4720HQ gtx960m 16gb ddr 3 ssd 512) and the cpu reaches much lower temps....maximum 72 and the gpu in mid 60's...

Thank you for your answer. If i would remove the HDD and install another ssd of 256 or 512 would i lower the temps ? Or if i apply some after market thermal paste ?
