I fixed this now by doing a checkpoint restore

So the sound on my acer X Notebook series X200 has gone. I've tried multiple solutions where none have worked so help is greatly appreciated. The audio software I used was Conexant audio. I don't know if this matters but I'm on windows 10. When I go on playback devices there is "No Audio Output...
