Called Samsung, was told to return and to get a new one. Just received the second SSD, Same issue….

Different thicknesses but I shimmed it up to support it in place. I thought that might be the issue install. But no change after the supports.

Sorry it’s a SATA 2.5 not M2. Laptop also has 2 grounding straps that connect to the mount for the ssd and hard drive.
