    i am technically challenged. my sennheiser ear phones have no volume on prime. to get from the tv to prime i have to go thou

    My Sennheiser wireless headset does fine on regular TV however, when I switch to Amazon Fire TV (utilizing a splitter to switch to Prime) I can no longer hear a thing.
