Android converting songs to a lower bit-rate
I was wondering if there is any app/program that can convert my entire music library on my Windows 8.1 PC to a lower bit rate for android (Nexus 7 2012), Kinda like in iTunes. Or can I sync my nexus 7 with iTunes with this option applied? Thanks :)- Chris _
