Nokia Asha 501 is very good but it lacks 3G....I will not suggest android phones at that price because they simply suck at low cost.Nokia Asha 311 is another option

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active is good if u can't afford that go for Xperia GO,better support for custom roms and stuff
