looking for best Budget Smartphone

Which is the best smartphone for INR 10,000? I;m considering Nokia Lumia 520. Some reviews suggest Xolo B700 but i don't believe their quality. Plz suggest.

lumia 520 is good at build but nothing else cause win phone sucks nothing to do after a weak,u can get a good android phone at that price Micromax and Xolo are good quality brands,Xolo may have low availability of service centres.Micromax is better option.

If u can give me any other requirements other than build quality like screen size camera,battery life etc..i can give u options?

Maybe a Huawei G330.The phone got a nice screen,a decent camera and a decent performance, and an affordable price.
