Going to the utorrent.com website leads to ll.www.utorrent.com. I am wondering if this is still a safe site to visit or maybe my computer is infected? Never seen a url with ll.www before. Not sure if it's normal or not. If it is normal, why is it there?

On youtube I get these pixellating static dots that flicker around on the progress bar (only on the progress bar) I wonder if this is normal? Does it happen to anyone else? This is a new laptop, so I wonder if it's an indication of something wrong with the laptop? Thanks. Afaik it didnt happen...
