Tried starting with F8, just to see what I would get: Same Message, but now added: "No Bootable Device, insert Boot Disk and Press any Key", keeps on recycling. Why would the second Restore Disk, which has all the drivers, utilities, and Vista, etc, etc. NOT be bootable????
