so i got my mic working but no audio now.

I tried to the switch in both positions. no luck. its nice and snug fit. yup i tried the side jacks. then the jacks in the back again no luck.

i got a rig 400. using stereo mic, i got it to play music. and the microphone is recognized by the computer. but it will not let me talk. or when i record it just records the computer audio and not my voice. how can i set it up so i can talk in game? excuse my bad grammar and sentence structure.
