@dgingeri: It's called go to Best Buy and they give the rebate instantly. Also, if Best Buy is not convenient, Sprint provides very strict rebate processing and ultimately will give you a full credit for it on your bill if you don't receive yours. Many of their stores will fill out everything...

50kbps is ridiculous... I may understand the need to throttle but that is simply too low of a speed to be functional. They also need to make the details/terms of the throttling more prominent to see before someone signs up.

I worked for Sprint for 5 years and we had strict policies on what could be sold as "new": had to have less than 15 min of phone use and 1 MB of data and HAD to be wiped COMPLETELY immediately. If had more than that use we cleared, cleaned tested and saved for warranty exchange swaps, NEVER...

Sprint has a great network, you guys whining may have a bad phone or just a bad experience with customer service 5 years ago when there customer service DID suck... Sprint, itself, is a solid carrier that deserves a place in the market with great data plans... I am not a fanboy any longer, I just like competition in general so hopefully this works out for them as profitable.
