    Thank you for responding and yes, seems no one is able to figure this one out. I am not sure if it will boot from a usb drive, I do not have a windows usb or dvd to check with.

    Black screen, with "No bootable devices found" Press F1 to retry reboot " F2 reboot into setup " F5 run onboard diagnostics Diagnostics check- OK Bios checked UEFI default All other DELL recommendations tried... Thanks and good luck!
