Question Latitude laptop won't boot up

Black screen, with "No bootable devices found"
Press F1 to retry reboot
" F2 reboot into setup
" F5 run onboard diagnostics

Diagnostics check- OK
Bios checked UEFI default
All other DELL recommendations tried...

Assuming you are seeking help with a problem, this is often the sign of either an incorrect default boot device being configured in the BIOS/UEFI or a defective/corrupt boot device.

Will this system boot from a bootable USB drive?

Thank you for responding and yes, seems no one is able to figure this one out. I am not sure if it will boot from a usb drive, I do not have a windows usb or dvd to check with.
