    I did this and it said there was an error resetting computer. Ugh i dont rhink its worth the money it would cost to fix

    I did facory reset with leaving original apps reboot on my aspire one cloudbook 14. It now rotates between black screen and the acer explore beyond limits screen but won't go any further.
