Thanks so much for answering. I contacted Toshiba. They told me to take the battery out, unplug the cord and press the power key for 20 seconds before putting the battery back in. It worked

I have a Toshiba satellite c55t series with touch screen and running Windows 10. I am unable to login after updates a couple of days ago. It will not allow me to enter my password. Does anyone have a fix for this? Does anyone know how I can get in the computer and eliminate the last update?
