Unable to login after updates

I have a Toshiba satellite c55t series with touch screen and running Windows 10. I am unable to login after updates a couple of days ago. It will not allow me to enter my password. Does anyone have a fix for this? Does anyone know how I can get in the computer and eliminate the last update?

Few things you can do about password related concerns.
- First is to try and login Safe Mode. If your laptop won't let you login to Safe Mode I would suggest contacting Toshiba support for more assistance.

Not allow you to enter password as you can't even type it? Try the onscreen keyboard or an external keyboard.

Thanks so much for answering. I contacted Toshiba. They told me to take the battery out, unplug the cord and press the power key for 20 seconds before putting the battery back in. It worked

So it was just a firmware issue? That's odd... (I think their support got lucky - ) I'm glad it's working for you now, at least!
