when i disable the intel HD Graphics it seems i get the "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU" message

it always seems to reenable/reinstall it self

i dont get all the settings in NVIDIA control panel. trying to fix it. any other ideas? can i completely disable intel graphics?
