Alright i found a solution, thanks for all the help!

Okay, i tried it. I tried it with doom on medium graphics it ran on 30-40 fps. The CPU temp was around 36 C* and the GPU was around the same.

it was the fan.

my computer can get really warm when playing games. i checked when i was playing doom (2016) and it was something around 50 celsius and 60.

It is mine, i am pretty sure. i can upload a picture of my laptop. beware its keyboard is a bit broken because my little brother pulled of the keys Space , Enter and Backspace.

i bought mine 2016 i guess they update their products

i know it is 960m becuase it says that it is 960m right on the keyboard on the laptop

i never said it was stable, i was getting 60 fps just wandering, and sometimes in combat it would remain 60 but mostly otherwise it was 30. i probably should have said that.

When i just got my laptop it could run Battlefield 1 with max graphics at 60 fps. Now it runs battlefield 1 with lowest graphics at 12 - 42 fps! what the heck! i am pretty mad aswell that my pc runs New vegas at Ultra graphics at 30 or so fps. device specifications INTEL(R) Core(TM)...
