Can you adjust color on the Lenovo monitor itself or do you do this on you computer adjustments

on my lenovo monitor I just connected I can hit the menu button but I can not or do not know how to move about the menu I have tried everything on the monitor it self. Any help would really really be appreciated at this point. I have to be missing something. Please help!
