The battery is non-removable . thing is , I set the power management feature from asus to maximum performance and still the same issue .

That's the thing , it is set to high performance , but i only get decent FPS when battery level gets to about 70%

To be clear , this is not a temperature issue , cuz it happens when i start gaming . also , i can game for hours when laptop is fully charged without loss of performance . I'm thinking the gpu underclocks it self until theres enough charge in the battery ?

The thing is , the memory usage used to be much less even with the bloatware running , it never exceeded 38 % and now it's almost 50 %

Thanks for the reply , but i already tried changing the plan , it's always set to power saving on battery anyway . something else i noticed , in the task manager , it shows about 48% of the memory is in use , all i have open is skype and a couple of chome tabs , it never got that high before ...
