Bought the MSI one, It had 2 yrs warranty as opposed to the 1 year one from Acer Predator, and it has all USB 3.0 ports, while the Acer one has 2.0s and just 1 x 3.0, and the weight is considerably less, almost 1KG. (1.86 Kgs vs 2.77 Kgs) . The two things that did look better on the Acer lappy...
