Yes I have. Everything works from the receiver itself. It's just the remote control. It just doesn't want to work.

Just received my Yamaha RX-V4 (Brand New) yesterday. Hooked it up today and the controller is not working. No light when I push any button. Tried the batteries that came with it, and 4 new batteries from my house and still nothing. I'm assuming it's just a lemon out of the box but just...
