I pressed the volume up and power button at the same time and "boot manager" shows on the screen... my only options are "android ia" and "android" to choose from... I've tired both and one takes you back to the main screen and the other one just sats on fast rebooting and never changes

Thank you for your solution but all I'm able to do is turn it on and that's it... pop ups from other apps jumps on the screen like someone else is controlling the screen. I can't power it off

My nextbook jumps from one screen to the next without me touching it. It won't change screens when I touch it so I can't factory reset it...HELP
