I would check around your Razer Synpase settings (for the headset itself). I remember that overwatch had a default config for the BlackWidow Chroma which automatically changed it's colors to orange instead of the colors you want, so checking the settings for the Kraken in Synpase could help...

They're almost exactly the same. The only noticeable difference between them is the aesthetics (how they look). So I would choose between which headset I would like more in terms of looks. The Cloud II's are also about 20 USD cheaper so I'd take that into account as well.

I have a pair of Logitech G633 and HyperX Cloud II which I use for both PC and PS4 and I think they're both spectacular.

Logitech G633/Logitech G35. SENNHEISER Game ONE PC (This headset is by far one of the best headsets EVER, and is currently on sale on amazon). Corsair VOID, Corsair H1500, HyperX Cloud II's are def great too.

You should stay away from Logitech's wireless headsets. They usually run into connection problems, and you'd have to go through alot of steps to get them to work properly. If you liked the G930, you could go for the Wired version, the G630, as well as the wired version of the G933 Artemis...
