I have an HP dm4-2165dx. My hdd failed and I replaced it and used the HP factory recovery disks. The video cable had a short in it near the hinge. After I put it back together and turned it on, I heard an electrical "pop" near the top of the keyboard. The display only shows a grey/black screen...
