    Standalone Showtime Comes for Cord-Cutters

    When Discovery Networks pulls out of cable and goes it alone, cable will probably die. I hung onto cable just for channels like NatGeo and discovery, but eventually quit cable anyway. I know a lot of people who are, essentially, paying 150 a month for to watch Discovery.
