how many channels do you get with a top tier cable package...
190bux... and you get 200+ channels... so unless its gonna cost $1 a month per channel then buying separately over the web will be very costly to families.
likely outcome will probably be $14.99 and thats just gouging customers.

When Discovery Networks pulls out of cable and goes it alone, cable will probably die. I hung onto cable just for channels like NatGeo and discovery, but eventually quit cable anyway. I know a lot of people who are, essentially, paying 150 a month for to watch Discovery.
