Press FN and F2 together for Dell's supposedly. Also, there is usually a slider switch somewhere on the sides of laptops that can also turn it on/off. Check that.

What make/model? Is returning it an option?

Dell uses a few different vendors for their ram. Just open the door to where your ram is and check it yourself. you should be able to get at least a model number off of it. Or just google your specs for that laptop. Any ram, as long as it's supported by that model, should work.

Sooo, you say it's "unremovable" but I clearly see an "uninstall" option. I have no idea what you want from the info you've given. If it's an app on a phone that you can't "uninstall", then just do a factory reset on it.

You probably killed it. I'd say take it apart as much as you can and try to dry it out as much as possible, but it probably will be pointless. Water don't play well with electronics. I'm not even going to ask if it's still under warranty because that would definitely void that part.

The thing about antennae's are the higher you are, the better signal you can get. You may just be tapped out on signal quality and depending on how much farther away you are from the other broadcast channels, you may be out of luck. Unless you can get a larger, outside mounted antennae, but...
