How do I setup my Wi-Fi on my Asus laptop Microsoft

I have HSUS laptop TP 200s Microsoft Windows laptop and I'm trying to set it up on Wi-Fi and I cannot. Out Y says limited access with the yellow! At the bottom by the Wi-Fi settings is driving me crazy I cannot find any help anywhere I can you please help me
