So I got a Logitech Z623, I plugged it into my pc and only the left side is working. I checked the sound settings for balance issues and mono audio to be sure, and that wasn't the case. So to make sure it was not a hardware defect I tested it with other sources and it worked perfectly on my phone, iPad, and Laptop, it just won't work on my PC. I updated my Realtek as well. I'm not an audiophile so I'm not sure what to do, I look up almost everything and nothing is helping. I ordered an AUX with 3 rings instead of 2, I don't know if that will help cause it came with an off-brand 2 ring AUX but I don't think that's the issue since it worked on other devices.

I tried to unplug the left side and play an audio file, and I could hear a faint sound from the right speaker. However, once I plugged the left side in, the sound immediately went away. If there is anything else I could try, please tell me, because I'm going crazy.

Just found a solution. I bought a female AUX to USB-C and then plug it into the PC that way and now both side is working perfectly. Idk why or how but it works in case anyone is experiencing the same thing lol
