    try this - http://prntscr.com/dopqk3 and if that does not work. Sometimes dvd drives automatically open once they get to a certain point might try a small flat head screwdriver if it will fit and pry it slightly to see if it will eject.

    First I would make sure your headset or speaker is in your sound port rather than the mic port, also what headset are you using?
