    Solved! No video on prime with fire 7 gen

    Using 7gen Fire tablet and prime videos used to show picture and no sound and now it's the reverse. It plays xfinity on the go and Netflix but won't play Prime. Any suggestions? Ive cleared data, restarted it, cleared history. Please help! Thanks.
