Solved! No video on prime with fire 7 gen

Using 7gen Fire tablet and prime videos used to show picture and no sound and now it's the reverse.

It plays xfinity on the go and Netflix but won't play Prime. Any suggestions? Ive cleared data, restarted it, cleared history.

Please help! Thanks.

You need to check with Amazon techs to see if there is something you need or need to remove. You may wind up having to uninstall the app, restart the tablet and then reinstall the app.

Also make sure that your phone and its apps are all up to date. Needed updates can interfere with them working correctly.
