I have a Samsung LTD TV and every time I turn the tv on the apartment alarm goes on. However, at times when the alarm doesn't go on the tv makes the sound as if turning on and of. This could take up to 5 mins. When eventually the TV goes on it has a clear picture and sound. I am going crazy...
