i7 6500U laptops are in range of 700e, that is twice more price..and as far as I can see I see only 15% improvement over this cpu, while in single core 2670QM might be slightly better. So not sure anymore in anything :D

Pretty much, high volume is better explanation. By craclling I mean that its like old transistor quality or bad speakers when you hear like that membrane is tearing apart. When it gets warmer quality is back.
