Frequently when I re-awake my new Asus laptop, I get the Windows sign in screen, but my keyboard is dead. I can move the mouse. It shows wi-=fi is connected. I just can't type in a password. I have to do a a hard re-boot with the hardware power button to get past this. Any suggestions? Thanks
