Has anyone else had problems with a recent Windows 10 update? The August updates slowed down my laptop to a degree that made it almost unusable. When I reversed them, the issue was solved, however I can only delay updates for a month.

Thanks COLGeek. Well I did the 'scan for changes' thing on Device Manager which seems to have fixed it. I tried entering the BIOS but it asks for a password which I don't know. It's not the standard Windows password apparently.

The Bluetooth functionality on my laptop has disappeared. I have tried all the recommended fixes I could find online, no joy. It is an Acer Aspire. The headphones I am trying to connect by Bluetooth, I tried them with my smartphone, no issues. The laptop doesn't have a bluetooth on/off switch...

Hi. When I use the print screen function and paste into MS Paint, the screen is capturing part of my desktop background and putting it on the right hand side of the capture (see below). I do not want this, has anyone encountered this issue?

Hi I would like to email or Whatapp some recordings taken using my Huawei Y9 to someone. Please note these are not recordings of telephone calls, I was using the recorder on the phone to record a conversation I was having with someone. Thanks.

Does anyone know of a way to restore a deleted Whatsapp chat that was not backed up? Chat was on my laptop, i.e. I typically use whatsapp from my laptop rather than the phone, not sure if that makes any difference. NB I do not want to have to pay anything to do this.
