hotspot use hotspot data right...so im trying not to use that much mobile hotspot data... the connecter? the cable use usb C to usb A 3.0 i guess...the cable is fine, been using with my external hard drive.

Hi, I'm currently using Samsung S21 and I'm trying to USB tether it with my Asus Strix-G laptop but the button on my phone keep on and off like crazy. Somehow I tried using on different laptop it works with the same cable. Any ways to help me? tried restarting both phone and laptop tried...
