I got a toughbook to be a durable light gaming machine. The model is a CF-30, with a 1.66 ghz intel core 2 duo CPU. I'm wondering who else did the same thing?

Can this laptop run Besiege at low settings? Here are the specs: Name: Toughbook CF-30 CPU: Core 2 Duo 1.66 Ghz Memory: 2Gbs GPU: Intel GMA (Don't know the model). Operating System: Windows 7 (Pro, I think).

My brother and my friend says that the HP Stream 11, with it's Intel Celeron CPU, is more powerful than the older Dell D630, with it's Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. Asuming both have 2 GBs of ram.. Which laptop is more powerful?
