tried reinstalling hardware twice and checking msconfig for mem capping but only recognises the factory installed (fixed to mobo) 4gb. I've checked asusTeK but there's no bios update for my model... dont know what to do. Running windows 8.1 pro I've noticed that CPUID recognises the 4gb...
