Well the drivers for the LED could be gone, it could be one of the jungle chips not supplying to the drivers. Could be all sorts of problems, and without a silly scope or manual, it's sort of guess work. But what I said should be relevant.

Can you shine a bright light on it while it is on, and see if this lights up the picture? I'd say it was the back light. Maybe you can disconnect it and put DC direct onto it and check if its working

The first one is better, it's got more inputs and blutooth. Never heard of this brand and looks cheap. Maybe it sounds good

Not a real answer, but you can always buy another cheap harddisk and install windows onto that, then rescue your failing drive.

A smart TV doesn't mean it has blutooth. I am sure it doesn't have blutooth. Most connect with a HDMI cable, but you don't list the model of the LG speaker.
