Yeah, Thanks, Eximo...I see. Well, well...no "Adobe" folder. I've searched the entire C drive for acrord*.*, and found nothing. Looks like we will be letting windows updates handle that--might be a good thing to have 1 less adobe product to make sure gets updated. You live and learn!

you said go with male. that still doesn't tell me if both ends have to be male. and i'm not looking to try to find an hdmi to dvi-d connector, if that's what you're implying. I also know hdtvs are not as common to have dvi-d outputs; but, I'll probably be looking at used.

I see good sales on cables, out there. Since I can't afford an HDTV, right now, or even a nice monitor, I might go ahead and buy a DVI-D dual link cable (for later). But, I'm not sure whether to get a cable with male connectors, or not, for when I want to hook up a monitor or HDTV with DVI-D...

My Easyshare Z990 (it's a camera), in 1080p mode, goes for about 10 minutes with my 32G card; but, it even depends on the video and all the sound, too.

The best specifications I've ever seen in one is with the Zoom H4n ( http://www.zoom.co.jp/products/h4n ), although I've never used one.
