X2X Free Video Capture has a function of advanced capture which I think equals to avi to gif converter. It can capture pictures from videos automatically for you every second/frame or totally 10/100 pictures from the whole video. It['s free and only asks for a few clicks to do this.

I know Glary Utilities is compatible with Win 7. I updated Glary Utilities to 2.16.0.758 version and it works well. :hello:

I know Glary Utilities Encrypter and Decrypter doesn't slow down the accessing of folders and files at all, I ensure. It works terrifically. But the question is that it can only lock a single file. It can't lock a whole folder in which there are more than one file.

Glary Utilities is good, but I am not sure if it is what you need. Maybe you can have a try, it's not a big trouble. :sol:
