if its the models i googled with a 5700hq on the msi laptop paired with a 960m and 16gb ram vs the asus with a 6700hq with 16gb ram and a 960m the difference between the 6700hq and 5700hq is not that big as far as i know. as for the gpu and ram they are the same and for brands they are both good...
